Happy Valentines Day

True  love

The problem - What should I do to make him “love me”?

As our world globalizes the many ideas and information about relationships and love we have makes us loose track of what ‘rule’ to follow.

The young female and I struggle to find the ‘ME’, who we are? What we want? Becomes a shady vision guided by various rules of do's and don’t. In the variety of acceptable and non acceptable, I struggle to find a system an answer that fits all where ever we maybe.

As we get older the struggle still continues and the hunt  to belong is stronger.

We determine who we are by what we want. We start to follow external rules of do's and don’t to get what we desire. We play the trade game.

As women we look for companionship and love, and that usually is perceived as a man. Hence, the chase begins, and from there the up and down syndrome starts.

But there is a much easier way, that applies to everything in life but this valentines we only look at it  with respect to love.

In order to attract a man become what a man needs.

This means place yourself in a position of power where he will be willing to exchange anything for your love and affection. This mentality is a game changer. Lets go over how to become or get to that stage. This is not something you must do in the action sense rather its a state of being.

The theory - Generating light:

A woman should know that her own power lies within her. All that is required is for her to turn her attention, examine and observe this power within. How is this achievable? What must we do, the reality is NOTHING.

In this absence of desire for “ME TO DO” something we eliminate the ego, we submit to full acceptance by full acceptance we let life flow through us. By allowing life to flow we gain access or depth to our inner being which is inherently good.

This inherently good being becomes more evident or is revealed when the element of “I” no longer exists.

Don’t fight the “I” cause any struggle with the “I” is the generation of another “I”.

This life flow that comes after the “I”  is pure, has miraculous abilities to draw to its self and attract. You might not trust this light or this pull and thats ok, but think about it for a second. The theory that the light attracts stems from this deeper understanding of the nature of the pure light.

Pure light constitutes as the name suggests pure qualities of goodness such as generosity, courage, honesty, care, fun, beauty, health and all the rest of it.. We are attracted to those qualities, we would do anything for a nice caring generous loving person.

Why its just human nature!

So how does the “I” hinder the flow of pure light. It simply filters it out. Lets use an example you get a torch and turn it on in a dark room, the room lights up, now if you put a rectangle in front of it, you divide the light. The room is no longer lit up and all you see are these different colors and think why am I not blue, or green!

Its the same with our love life, I am now red, and I need to become green or purple. We are constantly looking to get, buy, become, someone or something else...

Removing the triangle helps everyone see the pure light with no filtration, and remember ALL humans all creatures are attracted to the LIGHT.

Practically - The ON switch

If you are just to let the light flow, what are you required to do if nothing.

The power of silence.

Forty minutes of silence daily can take you to a different level beyond the “I”. Don’t fight the thoughts just simply sit.

With patience and time something beyond the mind, beyond the act of doing takes place. In this process more capacity for light flow is built, and it simply works.

Many theories can explain how it works, but our interest is to simply use this attracting light to draw in the man of our dreams.

Keep doing the practice, the more you do it the more pure light can flow. Through the pure light, your state of being elevates to those naturally good qualities that all of us are attracted to.

Happy valentines day and let me know how it goes!

Media and Muslim Women

Muslim Women, Media and Social Media

I recently attended a lecture with my aunt and was truly impressed with the moderate approach Islam is starting to take. As a communication consultant myself with a vested interest in Islam from both mystical and practical level, I felt that light should be shed on two areas by posing very practical questions:

Is it the cakes fault you are bulimic ?

The usage of basic animal instinct (sex) to attract someone is due to the lack of ability to attract a partner by means of elevated consciousness, healthy self esteem, patience, and true value of what matters between men and women.

If we look at the essence of the problem its a lack of healthy connection to God, which leads to ever more destructive tendencies. The idea is to support women and men to integrate and have an independent connection to God in order to build healthy relationships with the inner self, the community and untimely to God.

Hence, it is important to encourage all elements that fall under the sex banner which is attraction, compassion, tolerance, love, mercy and family. Looking at sex from a healthy perspective embraces the unity amongst men and women, increases healthy dynamics with children, and builds constructive healthy societies.

Condemning women sexuality  reinforces the masculine, suppressing the feminine and making women resent themselves further more reinforcing negative tendencies and lack of connection to God.

Is smoking cannabis bad for you?

Cannabis is both a poison and a cure, depending on who your consumer is it can help you through the pain of cancer or it can be an excuse to leave your stressful life and achieve “nothing” in this world or hereafter.

Same applies to social media and everything in life. As Hadith narrated in Boukari says “ Ina al aamal bil niyat” Its the intention and mindset that effects the outcome.

Hence, the encouragement for our women in the community to use social media in a wise and constructive way by increasing the desire to share and learn positive message, is the healthy approach that scholars should take. Condemning social media and women in media in general also reinforces the problem by increased suppression.

This was written to aid the growth of the feminine is a healthy manner to build more stable nurturing societies as a whole.

Optimize Your Meditation!

Optimise Your Meditation: (Part 1)

Many people today meditate, and they choose the best time to meditate according to schedule and lifestyle. Different meditations have different purpose. Its important to set an intention and objective to meditation especially if the purpose is to improve your life. In order to maximize the benefits of our meditation we need to first become aware of what it is in our life that needs balance. The second step is to understand how can we access this energy that we need to download.

Step 1: (Self awareness)

We all want to achieve different things in life, career, wealth, marriage, children, beauty, happiness. It is important to identify what kind of energy is needed to cary out our goal. Is the type of energy requiring us to be more receptive or more active. Lets use a simple example, I am a female and my wish is a relationship, the required energy for my goal is a receptive energy. If I want to pursue a career the required energy is giving energy.

In order to make things simple I have put together a list for females and males:

A Female:

Receptive Energy
Giving Energy
Marriage
Career
Children
Health
Money
Love and Nurturing
Protection
Happiness

A Male:

Receptive Energy
Giving Energy
Love and Nurturing
Career
Happiness
Children
Beauty
Money
Health
Protection

The above tables are not definitive they are a guideline as to the type of required energy needed to achieve our goals. This is not about different sexes and gender qualities its about embracing balance.

The reason women require receptive energy to have children is cause we biological need sperm, we also need protection while we are in nurturing mode. On the other hand, women give nurturing and men receive it and grow in confidence.

Step 2: (Mother nature)

As both types of energies exist in humans, they also exist in the same proportion in nature and all creation. Hence, the referral to the energies can also be described as feminine, masculine, night and day. For meditation and manifestation it is important to understand the balance of energy available during night and day. This understanding provides us with the energy needed to achieve our goals.

The night is a receptive energy, it is calm, it manifests everything that was active during the day. The night also is a time to receive, this is the reason why most mystics study at night, as they want to receive guidance, energy, and enlightenment.

The day is giving energy, it is active, it creates structures and manifests further what we downloaded during the night. The day is a time to give and share with humanity, this is the reason why most businesses and nature are awake and working during the day.

From the day and the night balance we can see that each leads to the growth and evolution of the other. One cannot exist without the other, and neither is better they are both linked in order to grow. This is the relationship of giving and receiving energy, and night and day.

Choose your meditation time:

In order to reach our potential we must be able to optimize the energies of our surrounding nature. Hence, when in need of receiving energy the mediation should be done at night, and when in need of active energy it needs to be done at dawn or during the morning.

Other benefits of timed meditation:

  • Balances feminine and masculine energy internally
  • Balances spiritual and physical work
  • Balances emotion and logic
